Expect your order to be posted to you within 2 business days after your payment clearing. Remember if you are paying via direct deposit or Paypal, it can take up to a week for funds to clear due to the banks security measures. That means, it can take some time to appear in our account even though it leaves your account immediately.
Method of shipping within Australia and internationally is by Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Insurance is optional and at the request of the buyer.

The Craft Gallery accepts Paypal and Direct Bank Deposit as methods of payments. Please do not pay by Telegraphic Transfer as there are unnecessary fees incurred as a result. Paypal simply requires an initial registration and you can continue to use as payment for many online outlets including Ebay, it is easy to use and is a secure way of paying online. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and GST is charged on selected items only.
All New unopened items damaged in shipping may be returned, within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item). Sorry we don’t offer refunds or exchange an item due to change of mind. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.Please leave a reason in the comments section.
If you had purchased an item as ‘Guest’, you will first need to send an email firstname.lastname@example.org Please include “Return: Order number’ in subject. Also include what is the reason you are returning the goods.
